500L Copper Still Moonshine Still Whiskey Brandy Rum Vodka Gin Still Multifunctional Distillation Equipment

The picture is of our 500L Jacketed, Steam Heated, Whiskey Brandy Rum Vodka Gin Stills. 

This still will produce great Whiskey, Gin and everything in between. 

This Still comes with one Copper Column. 

The Stainless Steel Whisky Column has 8 bubble plates and a Dephlegmator in the top. 

If you want to do a stripping run, you simply open the Plate Drain Valves in the Copper Whiskey Column. 

This 500L Still must be heated by low pressure steam boiler. 

This Still is great for producing Whiskey, Bourbon, Moonshine, Brandy, Rum and Gin (with the optional Gin Basket).

Have height restrictions? We can customize the copper still to fit your building. Customization is no problem. We can make this still with any size boiler or column diameter. The columns & condensers can be made with copper or stainless steel according to your demand.

2. Still pot: copper or stainless steel made,or combined.Ex-proof and CSA/UL/CE listed motor is available.Full size glass manway for easy observation of pot work.Steam heating,electric heating(direct or indirect type) or direct fire heating is available for your choice.

3. Helmet/Gooseneck: Various shape is available and we can also customize it as per your request.

4. Gin basket:Copper or S shell with copper sieve inside

5. Distillation column: Copper or stainless steel material is available. Copper bubble plates,by-pass valve/CIP ball/sight light/sight glass

6. Condenser column:Copper or stainless steel made,tubes can be ss or copper made as per your demand

7. CIP plumbing system:CIP pump and fittings are available

8. Surface finish:swirl finish,satin finish or mirror finish
